You pitch new products, maintain buying habits, and do all this while driving a giant freezer truck safely through narrow streets and poorly paved gravel roads. This is a sales job, selling frozen food.

The hours are long, and working in the rain and snow is miserable. Pay is based on commission, and your sales goals are set for you based on the expectations of corporate suits who have never run a sales route.

You don’t need any education, and the company agrees. All *required* education is provided by the company. Sales reps are expected to execute sales pitches in approved company manner without deviation.
