My career allows for me to have exposure to may parts of the business. I learn and do new things on a nearly day to day basis. I administer functions that are task oriented, as well as project oriented. It has great variety and offers may avenues to gain new experience.
Was your degree helpful in your career field?
Yes.
In your opinion, what kind of education did you need to get this career?
A bachelor’s degree of any kind is sufficient to gain a job in Human Resources, although many job postings will list business or HR related. I have a Master’s Degree, but that is seldom required either. In the real world, a willingness to begin at entry level and slowly work your way up is the best way to enter the HR field.
