This is a stressful position most of the time. There are many deadlines to meet and many days turn into nights and sometimes an unexpected weekend, but I love working with people from different cultures and I’m always learning new things.

You should have at least a bachelor’s degree in something. I believe a degree in computer science would be beneficial as it may provide a better understanding in technology, patching, remediation of hardware and networking. You definitely need great customer service and communication skills. Being able to multi-task and juggle multiple projects is helpful.
